The brand CAMP-FRETE® Cargas e Serviços, was created in 1993, according to responsibility, quality and commitment concepts developed by the Camp-Frio Transports Ltda, in the segment of products citizens to the Control of Temperature. Structuralized on the basis in logistic solutions, through a performance developed for the too much segments of the Load Righway Transport.

The CAMP-FRIO® Transportes Ltda., was built in August of 1985, by its founder Mr. Jose Antonio Bassani, businessman and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the segment of the Road load Transport since 1958.

The CAMP-FRIO® Transportes Ltda. was engineered to meet the increasing demand for Load Transportation, specializing itself, initially, in the transport of products citizens to the Control of Temperatures, as much for cooled loads, as frozen and since 1993 it also applies the procedures of control in the general load (it dries).

The CAMP-FRIO® Transportes Ltda. was structuralized on the basis of solutions logistic, through an performance developed for the too much segments of the Road Load Transport, searching in the present time certifications ISO 140001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and SASSMAQ.

The CAMP-FRETE ®/CAMP-FRIO ® possesss an operational area installed in 2.500 m2 with platform for load and simultaneous discharge of 07 vehicles and a full infrastructure: liveling ramp, stationary cold storage rooms; storage services, tool shop and maintenance inventories, vehicles cleaners-washers, CCO (Operating Control Center), training room, lockers, among others etc..

  • Fleet

The CAMP-FRETE®/CAMP-FRIO® guarantees the services to its customers, through investments in its fleet (proper). Composed for vehicles renewed and equipped inside of the Norms of Transit, Sanitary and Operational Security.

All the employees are trained and qualified to take care of the offered services.

 

Pallet’s and Stowen Loads

Heavy Duty Vehicles, with capacity of up to 28 pallets, 27 ton and volume of up to 100 m³.

(equipped with thick partition wall for double temperature)

Semi-Heavy Duty Vehicles, with capacity of up to 14 pallets, 12 ton and volume of up to 42 m³. (also for = 2 Containers Aerial - AQ6 and AZA)

Intermediate Vehicles, with capacity of up to 14 pallets, the 7 8 ton and volume of up to 40 m³.

What it is a Vehicle General Load or Dry Load?

(without temperature control)

The disadvantage of these types of vehicles is that the load is displayed to the climatic alterations, being able to reach high temperatures (superior to 70ºC). Being about perishable products, specifically MEDICINES, the temperature above of the specifications recommended for the manufacturer can damage or same to compromise the effectiveness of these.

 


What it is an Isothermal Vehicle?

Isothermal vehicle is that one whose load compartment does not possess unit of refrigeration, having as palliative only its insulation. (To see difference in the Frigorificado Vehicle)


What it is a vehicle that keeps the temperature control?

 (Refrigerating Vehicle) 

Refrigerating vehicle is that one that, following its rules of functioning, keeps the temperature of the load in the same band where he was loaded. With electronic system of data the rastreabilidade of the temperature of the product can be gotten, since the moment of the shipment until its final delivery, not mattering in the distance that the vehicle has that to cover.

With the infra-red ray thermometer temperature of the load before its shipment, detecting eventual imperfections in the storage is surveyed it

The Graphical Recorder of Temperature is the electronic system of data that, by means of graph or report, gives security to the customer, how much the requirement of control of the temperature of the load during the trip.


CONTROLLER OF TEMPERATURE OF CABIN

“SMART REEFER”/ “THERMOGUARD”

 

SMART REEFER is the controlling microprocessor of the unit of refrigeration. It specifically possesss a control unit of temperature with a "integrated electronic brain", projected for applications of road refrigeration. With it, it is possible to monitor and to interact in its performance, but this equipment is of automatic control.

( I )      OF THE RESPONSIBLE TECHNICIAN

 

a)         CAMP-FRETE® it formal presents its Certificate of Responsibility Technique - emitted by Pharmacy the Regional Advice of the State of São Paulo, certifing that the establishment meets enrolled duly under nº and the 36934 responsibility technique of a Qualified Druggist, Arnaldo Alves de Lima, CRF/SP nº 12963.

 

b)         The absence of such documentation implies in the impossibility of performance of the company of transports in the area of medicines, insumos and correlatos causing, also, the disability of its activities, beyond the responsabilização in the spheres civil and criminal.

 

( II )      OF THE DETAILING OF THE REFRIGERATING VEHICLES

 

a)         Vehicle (chassis, utilitarian or vehicle trator): Considera- with any of the ways that circulate, the engine of propulsion, used to carry or to lead, for half road, people, objects or load, or for the traction.

 

b)        Isothermal Load compartment (trunk or half tow trunk): It is, normally, the back part of the vehicle, destined to the load, of single grain construction, with panel structurals, type sandwich, of plastic strengthened with metal or fibre glass, and rigid foam of poliuretana, fixed between itself, forming a reducing container of heat exchange, between the system and the exterior.

 

c)        Unit of Refrigeration: It is the structure, with device electromechanical, installed in the isothermal load compartment, being this the responsible equipment for the climatization in the interior of the load compartment, that keeps, through its action, the configurations of temperature and the physicist / chemistries aspects of the embarked product.

 

( III )     LOGISTIC CLASSIFICATION OF THE VEHICLES

 

         For the purpose of logistic configuration, evaluation and control, define if that the vehicles will be fit in the following categories:

 

a)      Vehicles Heavy: Those with capacity of transport of weight and volume of useful Load enter, 24 and 26 ton (the twenty and four twenty and six tons) e, 80 and 100 m³. (the eighty one hundred meters cubical)e, 24 the 28 paletes;

 

b)      Middle weight vehicles: Those with capacity of transport of weight and volume of useful Load enter, 10 and 12 ton (ten and twelve tons) e, 36 and 45 m³. (thirty and six and forty and five meters cubical)e, 14 paletes;

 

c)      Average vehicles: Those with capacity of transport of weight and volume of useful Load enter, 5 and 6 ton (five and six tons) e, 30 and 40 m³. (thirty and forty meters cubical)e, 12 the 14 paletes;

 

d)      Light vehicles: Those with capacity of transport of weight and volume of useful Load enter, 1,0 and 2,5 ton (one and two and half tons) e, 18 and 24 m³. (eighteen and twenty and four meters cubical)e, 4 the 8 paletes;
