The CETESB - Company of Technology of Ambient Sanitation, in the use of the attributions that had been conferred it by the State Law nš 997, of 31 of May of 1976, regulated for the Decree nš 8,468, of September of 1966, grants the present License being subjects the renewal in the terms of the Law nš 9,477, 30 of December of 1996 and its
regulation.
The present License is valid for temporary storage of the products Leaks 64 and Leaks 67, in refrigerating chamber, for occasion of the transport of same for the company in screen, using the processes and described operations in the Memorial of Characterization of the
Enterprise.
The License will have to be required, before the date foreseen for the beginning of the operations which will not be granted in case that she has not been taken care of to the Requirements integrant Techniques of this
License.
