The CAMP-FRETE®/CAMP-FRIO® possesss Authorization of Functioning for Transport of Medicine and Pharmaceutical Insumos, that qualifies the company in national scope, being necessary still the License of Functioning, forwarded for the Sanitary Authority where the establishment is situated. In the absence of such authorization the establishment will not be able to get its License of Functioning in Health, being subjects to the deactivation, when it will be the case, and to the too much penalties foreseen in the legislation.
