        The CAMP-FRETE®/CAMP-FRIO® possesss Registers in cadastre State of Sanitary Monitoring forwarded by the District Coordinator of Health - North - Sanitary Monitoring of Campinas/SP, in the form delegated for the Secretariat of Health of the State of São Paulo (in compliance with the Effective State Sanitary Code).

        Conseqüências: Na ausência do Cadastro Estadual de Vigilância Sanitária (CEVS), o estabelecimento não poderá obter sua Licença de Funcionamento em Saúde, ficando sujeita à desativação, quando for o caso, e às demais penalidades previstas na legislação.
