The Certificate of together Register to Cadastre Federal Technician of the IBAMA follows the Law nº 6,938, of 31 of August of 1981 and Resolution nº 237/1997 of the Conama, and authorizes in federal scope the transport of dangerous products that nº 96,044 of 18/05/1988 deals with the Decree. Thus, it is delegated to the States to legislate on the licenses and prescribed them, being that in the State of São Paulo the legislation does not demand ambient licensing for the transport of dangerous products.
